Our 11th Cultural Glimpses of India is scheduled to be held on Saturday November 15, 2008 - Chiles High School Auditorium. On the day of this premier event presented by IATLH, like earlier years, we will include variety of entertainment programs like, group dances, group songs, dramas, and skits – details will be circulated as soon program items are finalized. As in prior years, participation is restricted to members and their families – IATLH membership must be valid for 2008.

This year we are contemplating including the following:

“Photography Competition”: Photography is a great hobby and is also a popular visual art form. With arrival of affordable/sophisticated digital cameras it has become increasingly easier to “frame” great pictures. All entries will be submitted via email and will be posted online. We will send out a Socializr email regarding the contest.

“Rangoli Exhibition”: Rangoli decoration is a traditional art form of India. Like last year we will have a Rangoli exhibition. If you are interested in participating please contact one of the Executive Committee members.

“IATLH Member Handbook”: IATLH Member Handbook will have member information like names, address, telephone numbers and email ids. If you don’t want your information to be included in the handbook, please notify us by email at President.iatlh@gmail.com.
