The Annual General Body Meeting of the India Association of Tallahassee will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2009 at 3 PM in the Meeting Room A in the Leon County (Main) Public Library. We will also observe Indian Republic Day during this meeting.

The following is the tentative agenda for the meeting:

• Opening remarks by the President
• Activities Report for 2008 to be presented by the Secretary
• Presentation of Balance Sheet for 2008 by the Treasurer
• Amendments to the bylaws made necessary due to the submission of application to the IRS for nonprofit status. The amended bylaws are available at the following link:

• Outline of proposed activities in 2009 by the Vice President
• Any other business brought forward by members

Following the AGBM we will observe the Indian Republic Day and will have light refreshments.
